Getting Started
🚀
Your provider will give you a Telegram bot username when your account is activated — it looks like @FXauxilionAlertsBot. Open Telegram, search for it, and press Start. That is all the setup you need to do.
The moment your EA goes live, you will receive an automatic startup confirmation. If this doesn't arrive within a few minutes of setup, contact your provider.

EA Started / Stopped
Sent on every VPS restart or manual chart attach/detach.
Automatic Daily Summary
Every day at 9:00 PM server time, the EA sends a complete performance report. You do not need to request it.
Type any command in your bot chat and send it like a normal Telegram message. The EA checks for incoming commands on every new bar — responses arrive within up to 5 minutes during active market hours.
Targeting a Specific Account
If you have multiple accounts linked to your chat, append the account number to any command. Without a number, the command applies to your default linked account.

/stopPause Trading
Prevent the EA from opening any new trades.
Use before news events, during a planned withdrawal, or whenever you want to pause activity. The EA stops entering new positions but continues managing all currently open trades — they will still reach their take profit or be protected by safety guards.
⚠️
/stop does not close open trades
Trades already open when you send /stop will continue running and be managed normally. To close everything immediately, use /closeall instead.
Response
⛔ Trading Paused
New entries blocked by client request.
Open trades still managed to TP.
Send /resume to restart.
/resumeResume Trading
Resume normal trading after a /stop command.
Lifts the pause and allows the EA to open new positions again. Use once your withdrawal is confirmed or you're ready to continue.
Response
✅ Trading Resumed
EA is now accepting new entries again.
/closeallEmergency Close
Close all open trades immediately and pause the EA.
Emergency use only. Closes every open basket at the current market price, then pauses the EA. Intended for situations where you need to exit everything at once — such as an urgent full withdrawal.
🔴
This may close trades at a loss
If trades are in drawdown when you send this, they will be closed at a loss at the current market price. The EA does not wait for a better price. Only use /closeall when you fully understand and accept the current floating P/L on all open positions.
Response
🔴 Close All Requested
Closing all open baskets now...
✅ All baskets closed.
Balance: $1,010.40
Trading paused. Send /resume to restart.
/helpCommand List
Display the full command list inside Telegram.
Sends the complete menu so you don't need to remember exact syntax. Handy when returning after a long break or when onboarding a second account.

Warnings & Reminders
⚠️
Read these before you interact with the system. They cover the most common points of confusion.
⏱️
Commands have a delay of up to 5 minutes
The EA checks for new commands on each new bar. After sending a command, wait up to 5 minutes before assuming something is wrong. Do not send the same command repeatedly — it will be processed exactly once on the next check.
📅
Commands do not work when markets are closed
The EA only runs while the market is open and price ticks are flowing. On weekends and during broker maintenance, the EA is idle. Commands sent during downtime are queued and processed on the first tick when the market reopens on Sunday evening.
🛑
/stop does not close your open trades
The most commonly misunderstood point. /stop only prevents the EA from opening new trades. Any positions open when you send /stop remain open and are actively managed. To close everything, use /closeall instead.
💸
/closeall may close trades at a loss
If trades are in drawdown when you issue /closeall, they are closed at a loss at the current price. The EA does not wait for recovery. Only use this command after reviewing your current floating P/L.
📡
The EA must be running on the VPS
All notifications and command responses come from the EA on your provider's server. If the VPS goes offline, the EA stops and no messages are sent. Unexpected silence during market hours warrants a check-in with your provider.
💰
How to safely make a withdrawal
Send /stop → wait for open trades to close at TP → withdraw via your broker portal → confirm receipt → send /resume. Never withdraw while trades are open without pausing first, as lot sizing depends on a stable balance figure.
🚨
If you receive a Hard Stop notification
All trades are already closed. Do not send /resume without speaking to your provider first. Contact them immediately so they can review the trigger and advise on next steps.
🛡️
Your provider can issue commands on your behalf
Your provider has master-level access for emergencies and may issue /stop or /closeall across all accounts during major events or maintenance. You will always receive a Telegram notification when any command is executed on your account.

Troubleshooting
🔧
Common issues and how to resolve them. If none of these apply, contact your provider directly at support@fxauxilion.com.
Wait up to 5 minutes — the EA checks on each new bar. If markets are closed (weekend), the command will be processed on the first tick when the market reopens. During active hours, if more than 10 minutes pass with no response, contact your provider as the VPS may be offline.
First check that Telegram notifications are enabled on your device (Phone Settings → Telegram → Notifications). Then confirm with your provider that the EA is running and your Chat ID is correctly configured. If the VPS recently restarted, the EA may need to be relaunched.
Do not panic. All trades are already closed and your account is protected from further loss. Do not send /resume on your own. Contact your provider immediately to review what triggered the hard stop before resuming any trading activity.
No action required — this is a positive outcome. Your account hit its daily profit target and the EA has stopped trading for the day to lock in those gains. Trading resumes automatically the next trading day.
Send /stop to pause new entries. Wait for all open trades to close naturally at their take profit. Make your withdrawal through your broker portal. Once the withdrawal is confirmed, send /resume to restart the EA. Never withdraw while trades are open without pausing first.
High message volume during active sessions is normal — the EA is trading and updating you on each event. If you find it distracting, mute the bot chat in Telegram (long-press the chat → Mute). This has no effect on the EA's operation.
Your provider has master-level access for emergencies and may issue commands across all accounts during broker outages, major news events, or maintenance. You always receive a Telegram notification when a command is executed. Contact your provider for a full explanation.
